She has an MBA, BSc, and other professional accounting certifications and has cross posting experience in Houston USA. Haifa has held several important positions including Secretary to the Board of Directors at HRC, and member of the Human Resources Committee at Oman Banks Association. She joined Bank Nizwa at foundation stage and helped in building HR department from scratch. Her core competencies include Human Resources, Compensations & Benefits, Staffing, and Strategic HR. Dr. Said Juma Al Darmaki is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management, UK. He possesses a PhD focused on HRM & Innovation from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and earned an MBA from Hull University, UK. He has more than 20 years of work experience in both public and private sectors. Currently, he is occupying the role of HR & Administration Director at Arabian Industries Group Companies. His functional core competencies are in the areas of strategic human resources planning, talent development, performance management, leadership development. He participated in various conferences and published some of the articles in reputed journals. He has been certified as a peer reviewer to ELSEVIER. He has been also conferred with the “501 Fabulous Global HR leaders of the World” in 2020 and “Global HR Champions” in 2021 by the World HRD Congress at Mumbai. Dr. Al Darmaki is a visiting lecturer at some of the higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman at Business & Accounting Department. He has been invited globally and locally as a speaker for many HR events.

Abdullah Al-Otaibi joined Saudi Aramco Human Resources in 1988 and promptly advanced through a series of domestic and international leadership positions of increasing reponsibility. Throughout his 33 year career, Abdullah acquired versatile expertise in human resources,performance management, employee benefits, workforce planning, HR process and systems design, M&A HR due diligence, and regulatory compliance. Professional highlights include leadership assignments as the Corporate Benefits Advisor, Director of HR Services, Director of HR Systems Support, Director of Fujian Integrated Project in China, and as Saudi Aramco’s chief HR executive on the Sinopec and ExxonMobil joint ventures. Abdullah also served as the Head of Compensation and Organization for Aramco Services Company in Houston in addition to development assignments with Chevron and Mercer. Since April 2015, he’s lead the Human Resources Policy and Planning (HRP&P) Department with enterprise-wide accountability for developing Saudi Aramco’s compensation, benefits, and personnel policy programs impacting 65,000 worldwide employees. He also directs HR special projects, mergers and acquisition due diligence, labor relations activities, and oversees an extensive team of specialists. In addition, as a Board or Committee Member of numerous sizable entities including Motiva Enterprises, Wisayah and Dhahran Techno Valley Company, Abdullah plays a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance to the respective HR organizations in addition to consultative direction to the relevant Compensation committees. Lastly, Abdullah provides extensive guidance on Executive compensation programs to ensure their market competitiveness while also supporting the planned administration of recently announced Saudi Aramco equity programs. Abdullah holds a BA from King Abdulaziz University in Mass Communication/Public Relations and an MBA degree from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. Najla AlSaif has a rich work history with various roles she has taken up across industries with the realm of human resource management. She has worked in various directorial capacities at the National Center of Performance Measurement, Saudi Arabia. As Advisor to the Vice Minister at the Ministry of Human Resource and Social Development and at various roles in renowned organizations like AstraZeneca, Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority and Human Resource Development Fund she has immensely contributed to strategic development of human capital, mitigating public private partnerships for implementing HR programs at ministerial level and part-taking in policy making to direct organizations to fully capitalize on their human resource. As much as she dedicates herself to her professional commitments, she is immensely involved in social causes of inclusive human resource development.
